We Live in a Broken World

We live in a broken world. In November, I went to the San Diego Youth Convention. It was awesome.... Switchfoot and Phil Wickham rocked the stage..... but one night, we had a speaker who, I'm sure, touched the hearts of all. The speaker the night before had been a funny guy. I think we were all hoping for the same. That night's speaker was serious. He had everyone write down a sin or problem they had. Then he had everyone pass around the cards. Now, the Convention was at the San Diego Convention Center. The place was packed. Soon, everyone (or almost....) had someone else's card. Then, the speaker asked those with certain cards to stand up.... problems like Abuse, Addiction, Weight. It was sobering, that was what it was, to see the sheer number of people who stood up. We live in a broken world but we are content to sit in front of the computer for an hour wasting our time away. I want to electrocute you to do something within 2 days. You have 2 days, after that the human will will simply lose the resolve. With God's Will you can change this world. Start with ONE person. Do it in 48 hours.
